Ordering

Our authorized online retailer is PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted and you do not have to have a PayPal account to complete your transaction. Simply click on the the credit card payment option to bypass opening a PayPal account.

Shipping timeline

Prices are calculated in U.S. dollars. After an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent immediately via e-mail. Credit cards will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. If you receive notice that an item or items are backordered, you can choose to cancel the order and your card will be refunded for any backordered items that you do not wish to wait for.

Once you have completed your order, most in stock items will be shipped the next business day unless noted in item availability. Some products, however, may take up to 7 business days to ship. Priority mail shipments usually take 2-3 days to arrive upon credit card authorization. (This is an estimate, not a guarantee.) Delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, PO Boxes, as well as Rural Routes. Please contact tlc@lovechilde.com for assistance in placing orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally as different shipping rates will apply. A separate invoice will be sent to the email address given at checkout for additional shipping charges.

Custom orders generally take 2-3 weeks to produce depending on the individual item due to the nature of the work. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase for delivery. If you need an item sooner, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate. Unfortunately, custom orders may not be canceled or returned. If you have any questions as to when an item may be available to ship, please do not hesitate to email tlc@lovechilde.com. You may also use the order tracking option.

We try to ship complete orders however, all or some products ordered may be shipped seperately and at varying times depending on our available stock and/or each individual manufacturers' inventory at the time the order was placed.

Returns

lovechilde items purchased at full price are returnable within 14 days of purchase. Clothes must be unworn/unwashed and have the original tags and packaging. Please report damaged goods within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for a refund and/or replacement.

All sale items are final.

Order Fulfillment

We do our best to keep all items in stock, but from time to time items become unavailable or discontinued, therefore we can't always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is on back order, we will notify you of the situation via email.

Your Privacy and Security

{lovechilde} uses PayPal as our authorized online retailer. PayPal offers proven fraud protection to ensure safe credit card transactions online. To ensure a secure transaction, all credit card information is encrypted during transmission and then stored on a secure server. Your credit card information is never reused except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments.

{lovechilde} will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email, address or any other personal information to any third party without your permission. We use your email and occasionally your telephone number to communicate with you about your current orders or our special promotions.

Colors

Due to different browsers and monitors, an exact color representation of the clothing cannot be assured, however, we endeavour to make the colors as close as possible to those of the actual garments.

From time to time there may be information on lovechilde.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
